Kingfisher SEC was founded in 2008 when Ash had a clear vision – an opportunity to provide high-quality staff for the events and security services. From the very beginning, his commitment to professionalism and excellence set the company apart. Ash understood that success in the industry wasn’t just about filling roles—it was about matching the right people to the right jobs.
Ash’s leadership ensured that every client received not just manpower but dedicated, well-trained security professionals who could uphold the highest standards. His focus on quality staffing allowed the company to grow steadily, expanding its services beyond just event security to a wider range of corporate, public, and private sector contracts.
Mojca, who had been involved in the business from the start, became fully immersed in 2013, further strengthening the company’s foundation. Together, Ash and Mojca built Kingfisher SEC into a trusted name in the industry, where integrity, expertise, and a personal approach define the company’s ethos.

Our Security Officers
Not everyone can become a Kingfisher SEC security officer. We pride ourselves on selecting elite individuals who display flair and a high level of perception. All Kingfisher SEC officers are recruited and trained against a carefully designed range of core competencies. They are vetted and screened to BS7858, hold a valid SIA licence and are trained to a higher standard.
We are committed to training and educating our staff to handle interactions with people from all walks of life. Our team undergoes periodical ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) training, equipping them with the skills to identify and respond to potential threats proactively. We work tirelessly to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support, with a strong focus on prevention rather than reaction. By ensuring our staff can spot security risks before they escalate, we provide an unmatched level of safety and reassurance to those we protect.
